Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just back from one week away in the Molinos Park. Staff are really lovely, me and my boyfriend didn’t have any bother whatsoever. Speak very fluent English as well which works good if you are going and don’t speak Spanish. Me and my boyfriend spent more a less every day near the pool and jacuzzi bit which we really enjoyed. The jacuzzi is located on a rooftop which has a lovely view! The all inclusive system was pretty straightforward very easy to understand. The reception staff as well was very helpful again we had no trouble with them. The rooms was cleaned on a day to day basis, the pillows was very comfy as well! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for having us Molinos park🙂

Just back from one week away in the Molinos Park. Staff leave the hotel down and are probably the rudest we've ever encountered. Mostly Spanish staying there. I couldn't see the Irish and English tolerating such rude behaviour from staff. We were all inclusive. The most confusing AI I've seen. We booked it mostly for the kids during the day at the pool for snacks etc. U get literally one type of ice pop and they can have minerals but that's it. You eat at set times for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. It's like a military prosession. The que to get into the restaurant could be 20 minutes at times and then another que for food. Dinner is late at 9pm. Food cannot be taken back down to bar or pool area or room. All Inclusive at this hotel was made feeling like paupers begging for food r drinks the way the staff behaved anytime we asked for anything. We are normal Irish people we promise. The entertainment is good though and kids had great fun at the pool and evening time. One major annoyance is they have slot machines all around the entertainment area where you sit at night and all kids including our own were plaguing parents for coins. We must have given ours nearly 100 in total over the week. When we were dropped off by the very rude lady who drove the bus, she left us off at the end of the hill and drove off without telling us where the hotel was. We had to drag our bags in the extreme heat of the day up the hill to the hotel where she actually would of driven by. The food in the buffet was actually really good. No air con in the restaurant so make ur meal fast or you will melt. Bus collects and drops at end of hill for whereever you want to go. Beautiful little beach down from hotel. It wouldn't be the main beach it's just a cove we found but it was so beautiful. Beds hard as nails. Think i need a physio to re-align my back after the week. Noisiest hotel when trying to sleep. Screeching of furniture all night and all morning from those beside you and above you. All in all hotel was minimal of standards, staff terrible, food good but we won't be back.

This hotel was awful what makes it worse is I stayed here 7 years ago and had a wonderful time it seems that profit over safety has taken over this hotel if there was an emergency I wouldn’t use the fire escape/access to the jacuzzi it seems this hotel now only caters for Spanish people ok if you can speak Spanish there was a sign saying 18 year only in jacuzzi but was only in English so was full of Spanish family’s with children

Stayed here with my partner for 4 nights had a lovely time. Rooms basic no fridge no table on terrace, didn't particularly bother us it may have done of we had kids with us 😀 Aircon lovely and cool beds a tad uncomfortable. Food for the 4 nights was great only thing I didn't like half board is you don't get a drink with your dinner not even a glass water little disappointed. Loved the adult terrace.

What can I say don't usually take note of reviews.i make my own opinion but in this case please take note its noisy with teenagers ,the restaurant is a horrendous and extremely busy and noisy food is ok but cold you can put it in a microwave but turn your back and someone will take it out to use themselves,go to the bar and its cards for this cards for that or no drink, forget about the adult only facilities its full of noisy children and the bar is never open, had food one night and it had glass in it which i found in my mouth told head waiter and he said chef is sorry and walked away not interested spoke to hotel manager and he was not interested On the good side Roverto the entertainer and petya behind the bar are brilliant and cannot do enough for you this hotel would be nothing without them

This hotel is a 5* hotel if you close your eyes, lose your hearing and lose your taste and smell before you go oh and lose your eyesight. The hotel is disgusting from top to bottom, the smell in the rooms is amazing if you live in a sewer, the food is absolutely vile, all eat all week was chips mainly because all the kids at this hotel (and there was absolutely loads) had took all the food that might have been good but I recon they saved me from food poison. Banging all night, bloke next door kicking off at people snoring, hot tub area had kids in it when it’s 18 plus. Meant to be cheap and cheerful but it was just cheap. The staff acted like they hated us and others there said the same tbf the only good thing about the hotel was leaving there. I’ve never been so glad to be home and I’m not missing it one bit. Not even and Jaquie’s about ffs.

Hi Just returned from a weeks holiday in this hotel returning after 7 years it hadn’t changed much the room still very dated however we were granted a lower floor room as requested. 2 days into the holiday 3 coaches of teenage school kids booked in 100 plus kids very loud running along the floors knocking doors and banging until 2 Am every night when reported nothing done the nose continued every night. Restaurant and swimming pools overrun with the school kids who were left to there own demise. The food was repetitive and only barely warm however there was something you could make do with as there was a good variety and can’t expect 4 and 5 start dining. You get what you pay for I guess. The entertainment was centred around kids and did not accommodate adults fully so evenings were boring and forced you to venture outside the complex for more entertainment. Two bar staff members were particularly ok Juan and a young girl who worked very hard and always had a smile and made an effort to talk to you. Need more staff like them the rest were very miserable. Rooms were very dated as mentioned but were clean and towels and toiletries were always provided. There needs to be improvement with the communication of staff to holiday makers this was poor. Don’t think I would return back to this hotel.

We stayed in Molinos park hotel last week for 7 nights. We had the best time. The hotel is a little dated but we found no major fault. The room was clean and had balcony and ensuite bathemroom with AC. Walls are wafer thin and u hear everything next door but if u want better pay for a more expensive hotel... Before we went I read some other reviews and was very worried but was delighted with the place. The bar and restaurant staff work very very hard and we found no problem with the food. We travelled with our 2 teenage sons and they also always found food great. Its a case of u pay less so u can't expect 4 or 5 star but all our needs were met. The pool area was clean and entertainment was there if you wished. The area felt very safe and bus stop to take you to Salou or watermark was 100 mtrs fro. Hotel. Our advice is first thing go to blue kiosk down road from hotel and purchase a card with credits for bus rides for the week. I did feel the reception staff were dismissive at times and not the friendliest but that might be language difference but if they could smile a little bit more it would make all the difference.
