Very dubious about going here after reading reviews. Returned 2 days ago. Flight lovely only an hour and half, 20 min transfer from airport. Allocated 2 rooms as we are a family of 5, requested pool view, but this was covered over by huge trees. No fridge or kettle in room. The room was no frills! Told on transfer would... more

They were so steep my mobility scooter couldn't cope with them, it blew 2 fuses and kept cutting out. The hotel lent me a manual wheelchair which meant the end of my freedom to do as I choose... more
