We booked this hotel online, arrived on a night flight and were lucky enough to have a transfer rep who took pity on 2 girls who would otherwise have been left stranded in Spain!!! Our hotel had no reception and no instructions were given on how to get our keys. Our Resorthoppa rep went out of his way to make calls and track down our keys which were on the reception desk of a hotel on the other side of Salou, a good 15 minute walk away (not fun with suitcases!) We were lucky to have this rep, without them we would never have known where to go!
We had to return to this other hotel to "formally" check in the next day (a lovely long stroll!) On this day a 100 euro deposit was taken which we had not been told of!
By this time we had got used to the 3 keys and 4 locks it took to gain access to our apartment! The floors were filthy and beds contained sand! (Concerning as we hadn't been to beach or even slept in them yet!) The sheets were dirty and towels... more
