We stayed for 1 week at this resort from 18th-25th April, we were greated by warm sunshine as we got off the plane and this contined for our whole week, although the evenings were chilly. Just returned from a very relaxing, sunny week at Blue Bay. We had a fabulous Penthouse apartment with a jacuzzi - only problem with this is that it was VERY dirty when we arrived and had to ask reception to come and clean it (this was done very quickly though!). I booked the Blue Bay on the strength of its reviews and to be frank, was somewhat underwhelmed. Don’t get me wrong, there is little to really MOAN about as such, but this is certainly not the "best in Europe" by a long chalk. The room we were allocated had grubby walls and the soft furnishings were dirty and stained. There were also little insects in the kitchen area and bathroom. I would not recommend a stay. The receptionist reluctantly allocated another room. The second room we were allocated was cleaner. But the curtains were dirty, there was a fag burn in the soft... more

arrived on wednesday 4th feb and was very impressed the room is gorgeous the staff are very friendly the balcony excellent the weather mid 20s which ws ideal for our 19 month daughter although not much going on at the hotel the relaxing by the pool (which is freezing )is lovely in the morning then the afternoon you can explore... more

Have purchased a time share at the location, now changed to vacation points. Nice location rooms clean and tidy. Undergoing modernisation program. Weather nice in the day cool - cold in the evenings. Fantastic pool, small shop at resort also restaurants. Will go again. more

For me and wife , this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in Europe. EXcellent Sea View Apartments, We were able to see Sun rise and Sun set (depends upon your room). Staff is really Helpful. Excellent Location - to add further even Taxi charges from the Playa de Ingles are only 5 Euroes. Direct Connection to Airport... more
