wonderfull hotel, clean , friendly staff, it was like paradise,, food was very good, day activies and staff really good,,, staff looked after us like were royalalty,,,amazing could not fault the hotel,,,it was that good we dint go out of hotel much,,,has drinks were good and food and entertainment...reallly had a good holiday...ps no smoking on balcony of your room..but... “fantastic holiday”

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff, great entertainment for kids, pools bar x food all good, I wasn't sure about going on holiday 7 months pregnant with a 3 year old but it was a fantastic week and I will return next year.

My friend & I stayed at this hotel from 22nd April til 3rd May 2013. Our overall experience was very good. The food was excellent, the staff worked very hard. We have been home just over a week from what we can class as an hotel that provides every comfort possible, we stayed in room 358, which over-looked the pool and central area of the hotel.. Stayed here for a week in March and was very good for an all inclusive. Normally stay at Riu Palace Maspalomas next door and not as good quality as that but fine.
