Just returned from 2 weeks at the Riu Waikiki with my husband and 22 year old daughter and had a fab time. The reception staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. Our room was spacious and very clean, and we were given a safe key with no charge. The cleaners were in every day and left the room spotless.... more

Spent a week at the Riu Waikiki with my husband and 12 year old daughter...we were a bit apprehensive as stayed there a about 5 years ago - when it was half board and has now gone All Inclusive.....well we need not have worried....it was better than before. stayed here for two weeks. With 5 other adults and a 7 month old baby. had a fantastic time. Hotel very clean and tidy, food excellent could'nt fault it. a good selection of meat, fish ,salad etc every day. staff excellent could mostly all speak english well. pool and pool area very clean.
