Stayed for a week mid November - booked into the Cleopatra Palace and decided to upgrade to a upper story room with a large balcony and plunge pool. I just arrived from this trip and I can tell that I was very disappointing with the global service. Food always the same, dirty glasses, cups, forks, spoons, plates (I did find some sugar packets in the middle of the cleaned plates) and so on... The Mare Nostrum Resort in Tenerife consists of five hotels within a walled complex. Last year we stayed at Cleopatra's Palace but this time we tried the Sir Antony Hotel.
