Just had 10 days in the Bitacora. We have holidayed in Tenerife many times, but this was our first time at the Bitacora. Really can't fault it. We had an all inclusive week here in Jan 2012. Rooms, food and staff were all fantastic. Excellent service and value for money. Just did not enjoy one evening's entertainment with wild birds of prey being used did not agree with it. All in all its first class. More
