I stayed here with my 4 year old son and husband for 1 week. We normally go 4 star wherever we go and this is def not a 4 star. The staff are rude and if you need to ask a question at the reception if spanish tourists are present you are left standing. The food is terrible one thing... more

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. We did have to pay extra for the fridge but they' threw in a couple of bottle of water/sprite and san miguels in with the charge, and when the drinks had'nt appeared that day as promised, they supplied us with double the amount of drinks to our room. When you are fully inclusive you have to queue up at the corner of the bar, and wait till everyone else is served, when you have something to eat, the fully inclusive have to use the food that has been out all day, plastic knife and fork and plate, the people who pay when they get there get proper cutlery... more
