we stayed here for one week in Sept 2011 and it was not so good. location: if you don;t rent a car you just can't get anywhere without spending too much time walking. The beach is on the otherside of the autoband so by car is 10 minutes and by foot would be at least 30 minutes. by car will... More

My wife & I stayed here for 1 week in May, 2011. Being RCI members we booked with them. Reception was very good, quick, efficient and helpful, what more can you ask for. This was an RCI swap and they really did the 'hard sell' on us !. Rather a strange set up . We have just returned from a one week holiday in the Regency Heights Tenerife. The Regency Heights is located within the Neptuno Hotel complex. The Neptuno is a somewhat tired and budget type of hotel but the Regency Heights accommodation had been recently refurbished and is of a good standard.
