We had a wonderful week at this hotel. Everything was well organised and very good value for money. If there is one thing I would criticise it is that the food, although excellent with an unbelievable choice, could perhaps have been hotter, particularly the bacon etc. at breakfast. Nice hotel, we stayed there for a week over the new year period, hotel was vey buzy, there was also a lot of older people there, but other than that no faults what so ever except the new year's eve meal, the waiter pop'd a bottle cork in one of our party's childrens eye's and then the same waiter spilt... more

I have just returned from the Best Tenerife with an extended family party of 8,courtesy of Thomas Cook. We stayed on a half board basis and were allocated rooms 502,510 and 511 on the 5th floor. We had absolutely no problems with the Hotel staff at either,Reception,Bar or Restaurant,the rooms were cleaned daily and the sun shone on the balconies... more

We were allocated room S-9 on the bottom floor and it was more like a suite than a hotel room. Two double bedrooms with loads of wardrobe/drawer space, a massive bathroom with bath, shower and bidet, a large living area with sofa, kitchen table, tv, fridge etc and a nice terrace with patio furniture looking out towards the pool area.... more

stayed in this hotel from 30/09 until 8/10. We had booked a family room and this one was very large, and on the same floor as the restaurant. The staff at the poolbar were very rude, they were laughing with other guests and were serving Spanish guests first.. in the restaurant were some rude staff too but also some nice... more

I booked this through Thomsons and was worried when I read the reviews. I think some people would not be happy if they were served the best foods, cooked by the best chefs and presented on gold platters. Yes the hotel has seen better times, but they were doing minor repairs. The outside could look better but blame the architect.... more

when we arrived on the friday at the hotel and saw the outside decor, we thought not good looking, as this was our first time here. we had asked for a disabled room, and what we got was a room as far away from the lift as you could get. and next to the stairs so we had no privicy.... more
