We stayed at Rushton Hall for a Spa overnight break and could not fault it in any way. Pleasant helpful staff, lovely comfortable room, beautiful spa with excellent treatments using the best products you could wish for. Our evening meal was marvellous - all dishes cooked and served to the highest professional standards and thoroughly delicious. The wine was excellent.... More

beautful place. Afternoon tea very poor value and the staff was not very friendly. we were offered 4 little finger sandwiches and when asked for more, was told we would have to pay. but we could have another cup of tea! ordered cakes and got 4 small cakes for another £8. Been to other places for afternoon tea and this... More

I stayed in Rushton Hall last weekend for a weekend getaway. For an expensive two nights it was let down in a few areas that could be easily remedied: Firstly, the staff. The Restaurant manager, had a very arrogant manner and was far too cockey for a smart restaurant. He should tell the customer what they want to hear rather... More

Great hotel, Great food, The bar is in the great hall where the gun powder plot was first hatched. The whole place has a sense of history. Forget plastic wallets, information cards and any other normal hotel stuff this is the real deal. Just walk around and soak up the history. The wood is marked, cracks in plaster in places... More

We have visited the hotel recently, The service was excellent in the reception, spa and restaurant. The evening Meal and breakfast were exceptional. We stayed in the Cocayne Room which was absolutely fabulous. It was Snowing all of the time we were there, my Husband made a snowman in the morning, which amused some of the staff. We also would... Used Rushton Hall for a business meeting. World class venue. Amazing location and service to match, from reception welcome to meeting room service. Meeting room was beautiful and coffee served as required. A very relaxing location, ideal business venue. More

We went there to celebrate amongst 24 friends. Beautiful place with lots of character and I would imagine in summer, fabulous to walk around the grounds etc. Food was very good indeed with a lot of attention to detail and breakfast was excellent. Staff ratio was high with attentive, friendly service rather than cringingly obsequious. Our room (Gymcrack) was acceptable... More

Reception staff did not provide details of time or location of breakfast, instead they tried to convince us to avail ourselves of additional chargeable services, e.g. the 'turn down service' and to book a table for dinner etc. We could not even find details for breakfast in the information folder in the room. The booking was made in my surname... More

We drove up to the hotel and night and the sight of Rushton Hall lit up was beautiful. Kylie greeted us at reception and showed us to the Lady Tresham room. The room was lovely and elegant with a view over the back of the grounds. A meal in the restaurant is a must, though order early as it takes... More
