We would like to apologize for the room and its uncleanliness. Many changes are being made with housepkeeping, to clean all areas and change all material in room; regardless if any one stays in the room. Also employees will be evaluated and better trained to help the situations that arise. We again would like to apologize for the rude awakening....

They dont give refunds, if you dont stay the whole time you payed for, which is bad if your a traveler who can be uplifted at anytime. As well as not giving you a refund, they raid your room if they think you have left already and take all your stuff, then say there was never any trace of you... more
