This hotel is the definition of hospitality and customer service! I have stayed in this hotel for over 3 weeks and would not consider even looking anywhere else. The hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are larger than average. The employees are very thoughtful and friendly.

I have stayed at the Mineral Wells Holiday Inn Express on several occasions and I can say that I have never been disappointed ! Great newer hotel with really nice clean and modern finish out. Really large rooms with kitchenette and living area. Nice continental breakfast free of charge. Everything was very well done and a great place to stay.

The efficiency, care and concern of the staff puts this Holiday Inn Express among the top. Chains can get a bum rap, and some deservedly so, but this one is a jewel. Impecably clean and comfortable. Not one complaint.

Newer hotel, decent pool, good hot breakfast. Plenty of parking, friendly staff....only complaint was that the third floor (non-smoking rooms) smelled of cigarette smoke. The room did not, but it was musty. Could have just been this room because the A/C was not working great, but not bad enough to move everything to another room. Probably would just continue on... More
