My family and I stayed at the Hotel Nacogdoches on September 17. We were trying to getting closer to home due to Hurricane Ike damage. The Hotel Nacogdoches was taking FEMA but you still had to pay above what FEMA provided. The hotel charged my family $45 over what FEMA paid. This made the room rate over $100. (I did... more

First of all these people wouldn't know customer service if it pulled out a chair for them. Next they refused to accept our booking from expedia, telling us, that there was something going on in town so they are raising the prices for the weekend. Eventually we straightened it out. Every other hotel was booked, so we had to deal... more

Wow. I don't even know what to say. We booked this hotel after seeing their website. They gave us a really good deal for a long term stay. We arrived in town and were a little suspicious when there was only 1 other car in the parking lot. Oh. my. gosh. The whole place was deserted. There was no A/C... more

I recently stayed at Hotel Nacogdoches since they just finished remodeling. While I was there I received treatment that you might only expect from a 5 star Hotel. I really just can not say enough about how well I was treated while I stayed at Hotel Nacogdoches. I like to have a lot of things done a certain way, and... more

My friend and I stayed here several weeks ago and had the worst experience at a...(and I use the term loosely ) "hotel" we've ever had!! First of all the A.C. was out in the hallways and it smelt like mildew everywhere!! The "hotel" is literally falling apart and there wasn't any renovations that we could see anywhere! We had... more

We stayed at Hotel Nacogdoches on March 23rd 2007. We had read many negative reviews about the hotel but thought that we would give it a try anyway, and were glad that we did. The Hotel is undergoing major renovations and the staff was friendly and pleasant. One girl from housekeeping went out of her way to make sure that... more

During our stay we were unable to get extra towels, blankets, or pillows. The place was no where near full! It looked as though there were only about 20 other families in the whole place. Breakfast was served from 6-9 which was not posted anywhere. When I called and asked at 9:05 when breakfast was they replied "It's over...click". No... more

I began to try and make reservations for Tuesday on Saturday night. My son and his wife were scheduled to have a baby at the Nacogdoches Medical Center on Tuesday. I spoke with Jacob Saturday night and he sounded as though he was on something and told me it would be better if I called back on Sunday to make... more

At nearly 2:00 in the morning we found ourselves in need of a hotel. After searching at two other hotels in the area for vacancies we ended up at the Comfort Inn. There are NO words to describe how absolutely horrible our room conditions were. The beds appeared to have been "layed" on top of after being made. The sheets... more

Stayed at the Comfort Inn, not in good condition. Bathroom wall was peeling and half fixed beside the shower, floor had mildew on it. The pool was as warm as the hot tub and had black and green mold at the water line. The inside pool area had mildew all over the place. Would not go back there again. more
