We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and will never do so again. When we checked in Friday evening, we went straight up to our room and there were clothes on the bed. We promtly went back down and got another room. This just set the bar for the entire weekend. There was no air conditioning in the halls.... more

They took a woman's diamond watch right off the vanity in our room! Management was extremely rude and refused to honor it's 100% satisfaction guarantee after six non-returned phone calls and three complaints to guest services. I have stayed at this Hampton on 2 different occasions - both times were excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating, easy access to hotel, felt very safe, great parking area, clean and very comfortable rooms, pretty good breakfast buffet … would be much better if they offered waffles.
