My family and 2 more that were traveling with us made reservations for 3 rooms at this hotel 5 weeks prior to our arrival for a Cheer Comp that our children were competing in for the weekend. Within a 60 mile radius of Beaumont,TX this was the only hotel that had any rooms available. When we arrived at 9 p.m.... more

(good part) Owners were really nice, the rooms had an iron/board, small fridge, hairdryer, microwave and coffee pot and were spacious. The air seemed relatively clean (no smoke smell). (bad part) Bed was hard (didn't sleep a wink), covers felt like they hadn't been washed, floor was so dirty my feet got black so I took a paper towel and... more
