I was there for work and really appreciate the hotel atmosphere. Good rooms and services. Even though they were performing some maintenance at building I have experienced no problem at all. Hotel staff are pretty much attentive and helpful. Lot of options to lunch/dinner closer to hotel.

The Courtyard was very nice and clean. Having washer and dryers to use during the middle weekend of a two week business trip was helpful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast deal was great. The hotel is nearby everything in Plano.

Yes, it's a courtyard and it is outfitted like a courtyard, but it is an old hotel remade, and it doesn't have the clean/neat feel of a good courtyard. Lots of rooms, when we stayed not too busy, so able to get 3rd floor away from the elevator and very quiet. Staff was very attentive. Promptly brought mini-fridge when asked for it. Nice hotel, clean, staff is great, the girl at the bistro is Awesome! Fairly easy on and off major highways and very close the the Shops at Legacy. Stayed here for a couple of weeks and have no complaints!
