We started off standing in line for over 20 minutes to check in. It was 6 pm. There were 6 staff at the desk. Three were "helping" one family who had some kind of problem checking in. My family stayed in a one bedroom condo for 2 nights. My wife and I stayed here about 10 years ago and the place has definitely declined. The paint on the front door was peeling and there was mold on it. The squeaky king bed (sunken in the middle) looked like something from a flophouse. Goodwill sells much nicer mattresses!... more

After checking-in discovered, very embarrassingly, that the room we entered with all our stuff was previously assigned to someone else.
