We stayed here for the first time and loved the place. It's conveniently located just on the edge of town. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is nice and heated. The Plantation has package deals with deep sea fishing and dinner at Trout Street. The room was average, but certainly worth the $45 it ended up costing (when you deduct the meal and the fishing). We stayed at the Plantation suites in September of 2004, the free breakfast was great, saved time and money. the rooms were large and had everything you could need. They were cleaned in a timely fashion and clean towels everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will consider them again for next time. more
