The hotel staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was very good. It was nice to have fresh fruit and breakfast ready while traveling. The rooms are clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. The only con was the pool was small and the water was warm. :-(

Clean, decent breakfast, easy to get to work, decent beds

The facilities and service within the hotel was great. Free breakfast, satisfactory accommodation rates and the proximity to the only mall in Port Arthur and Beaumont Texas was great. I stayed in almost all Port Arthur Hotels over last few years. Holiday Inn Express is the best. New, clean, quiet, efficient staff, good location. Breakfast is not great but good anyway. Just do not stay to close to elevator it makes some noise. Make reservation ahead, as they are always booked.
