Because of several events in the Austin area this weekend, there were no hotels available with a decent price in the Georgetown area EXCEPT at the Salado Inn - Best rate, rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

The hotel had a terrible smell. AC was turned off In the hallways...hot and humid! INDOOR pool and hot tub were cold. FREE breakfast was minimal. The room was clean but could hear the noise from the interstate. We will not stay here again.

My friend works in this hotel and it is so nice. Service is great. Prices are just right. Breakfast is amazing. I love going to best western plus in salado. Pool is so huge and spa is amazing. Please go check in.

This is a new property and a result everything is nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. My only negative is the breakfast area which is too small for size of hotel so if you arrive at the wrong moment its difficult to find somewhere to eat the food.

Excellent stay. Staff friendly and helpful, room excellent, hotel tastefully appointed, breakfast variety good, plentiful. The hot food was hot, the cold food was cold. Parking was plentiful and well lighted.

I mean, how much are you expecting from a Best Western in Salado, TX... right? This hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The free breakfast was actually really quite good. The rooms were an ungodly shade of yellowish/green..... that is my only complaint really. Please... paint the guest rooms!
