Crewmember with JetBlue Airways- I had a wonderful experience @ the Normandie Hotel. The staff is friendly and Professional also well informed when information is requested...They also have great promotional parties once a month !! more

-- No hot water in the hotel -- Promised a king size bed, got two double beds -- Staff was rude and indifferent -- Loud music in banquet hall above my room. The bed was vibrating from the noise. -- Scheduled to stay for 7 days, stayed for three. more
