The bed, HVAC, and plumbing were fine but the furniture showed extreme wear (dings etc) and the ceiling above the shower in the tiny bathroom was seriously water damaged by what must have been a leak from the room above, The damage had not been addressed in any manner and looked like it was about to shower paint and sheet... More
