We come through Shamrock a couple times a year. This hotel has become our stop. Clean rooms and friendly employees plus a great breakfast keep us coming back! We love to take a cinnamon roll with us for a mid morning snack.

Where to begin....mattress was hard, heater cracked & banged every time shut off, ceiling fan made noise. Tv didn't want to turn on. Very over priced but your choices are slim here. Breakfast so/so, eggs were cold. Won't be staying at this one again!

This was my first stay in Holiday Inn's Express level hotel and I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean, decently appointed room in good shape. The Staff was friendly. This was a convenient place to stay for an extended time. Hallways and elevator needed some attention with more cleaning. The wifi service was bogged down every evening due to heavy use, they should be able to solve this with some larger bandwidth service. Other wise a nice place to stay

A totally adaquate place to recover from a long drive. Place was clean, except for some mud in the lobby from the oil field workers. Staff pleasant. Breakfast adaquate. Room clean and comfortable. Stopped here after 15 hours of driving and felt too tired to go on to a larger town. There are a couple of other hotels near the interstate, but this appears to be the nicest in the area. The front desk attendant couldn't have been nicer and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice selection... More

Stayed here on cross country drive. Bed and pillows comfortable. Fine for a nights stay. Probably the best hotel in that area. Subway shop across street was convenient. We felt pretty safe too.

I really hate giving HI express a poor rating but the beds aren't comfortable. It must be a new policy. There is a plastic mattress pad under the bedding which makes the bed uncomfortably hot to sleep on. I was told at another HI Express that it is to prevent bed bugs. I've never heard of that.
