We had a great visit at the Katy House. The inn keepers were very nice and made a special effort to accommodate the breakfast needs of my 4 year old. The jalapeno cheese grits and the home made bread were wonderful. more

I experienced the heartbeat of the community and the welcome of two of its finest citizens during my stay at the Katy House. Enjoy the breakfast, g on an excursion to Smithville downtown, or go to Bastrop or to Austin, or go to all of them, then go back to the Katy house for the cookies. more
Sallie and Bruce (and William and Buddy) are the friendliest hosts you will ever meet. The breakfast itself is worth the stay. Highly recommended. more
