First, the place is dated...seriously needs paint on the walls (there were lots of prints on the walls). The building kinda "sways" when people walk around but I think that is mainly because it's on stilts. They said they would have extra pillows/sheets..didn't have any. The door to the balcony didn't have any handles on either side...my husband almost got locked out cause he couldn't get the door open from the outside. HOWEVER...the place was clean. I didn't see a single bug, which is amazing since this is Texas. The bathroom was small but clean (we did have to buy more toilet paper since there wasn't enough), the kitchen was well stocked with plates/bowls, etc...The beds were clean, somewhat comfortable. The location is only a short walk to the beach, the view from Condo 1 is another condominium complex, but you could still see the water at an angle. We had a great time.
