We were very happy to arrive at the Seabreeze I, it was a beautiful location right on the beach. Unfortunately, they were experiencing red tide in South Padre at the time we were there. Been there twice in the "off-season" -- absolutely great each time. The second time, I thought there would be 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom (as we had on the first visit), but there was one queen! Seabreeze was the best of all the places we've stayed at on the island. Condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. Jacuzzi and 2 nice size pools were right outside the door. Office manager was rude but other than that, everything was great! more
This was our 1st trip to SPI. We usually go to Port Aransas. I will always love Port Aransas but the beaches in S. Padre are so much better and there are more things for older kids & teens to do. Our family of 4 (with two teen girls) enjoyed out stay. Location is perfect - on the beach. Condo is spacious, but could be updated. Furnishings in our condo were new and had a beach decor, but the appliances, floors & bath are looking a little worn. Management was a delight to work with. Parking was easy. Just returned from a family reunion at SPI. Sea Breeze is okay IF you get a decent condo unit. Mine just had ants in my bed! They bit me and woke me up at 4 am (baby infant in bed w/ me). That was not good, management gave me 20% off for the night and switched my condo. These are... more
First time here and was not disappointed, we have stayed at numerous condos on the island and this one ranks close to the top. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families with kids, nice and quiet. The condo was comfortable and roomy enough for 6 people. more
Seabreeze I is a wonderful, classy, small condo complex - not to be confused with the larger Seabreeze Resort.
