We originally were going to stay at the Sheraton right next door. Due to the hurricane the previous month which caused the Sheraton to close down for renovation, we were given the option to stay at La Copa. We were pleasantly surprised by South Padre Island and La Copa. Been to Galveston and Corpus so the beach here was awesome. We can compare to FL beaches.
