Stayed at this hotel because HI Express & Hampton were full. When I checked in and went to my room the door card wouldn't open the door, so after 30 minutes of trying to get it to open I was given another room that the card did work on. After returning from dinner my friend's key card would not let him back into his room, he went to the desk to get a new one. I went back to my room to wash up and found I didn't have any soap or shampoo in the bathroom but I was able to find the maid and ask for some. She told me she was very sorry but they had neither soap or shampoo for the rooms but MIGHT be getting some later. This was at 6pm so I was doubtful if I would see any at all. I have stayed at many hotels across the country and this is the first time I've ever had to go get my own bar of soap!
The next morinig my friend told me he waited in the lobby 2 hours for the GM to arrrive to open the door(she was the only one who knew how)Needless to say this won't be my last trip to... more
