Last December my husband and I had no choice but to stay at this place because the interstate was closed due to a terrible snowstorm. My husband and I have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Vega, Texas several times. It is reasonably priced and clean with helpful hotel staff. The owners live on the premises. Our elementary school-aged grandchildren love the indoor pool and the continental breakfast (particularly the waffles). It is easy to find since it is right on the highway to Amarillo. more
