When you check into an Econo Lodge you expect certain levels of comfort and htgiene ... not the grandest but, thereagain, not those offered at this establishment. We had the misfortune to stop at this Econo Lodge during a coast-to-coast drive and must advise all fellow travellers that this is a dump. Permit me to elaborate ... well the rooms are tired ... dirty ... cockroach-infested ... also the bathrooms are tired ... dirty ... cockroach-infested ... did I mention the carpets, the drapes, the bedding? ... they all needs replacing ... Without question, it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at ... and we have been in some tird-world flop houses in India, Brazil and Thailand ... but the pride of Vernon takes the prize ... you have been warned! more
