We have stayed at this hotel before with no problems until Spring break of 08. We were went to Weslaco for our son's powrfiting meet and had the worst clerk check us in. She was very rude and talked down to us. The next moring the morning clerk could not check us out for our free night and recheck us in for our 2nd night. Then when we checked out the clerk then said that she could not charge my CC until 11am so we did not get a zero balance reciept. I checked my CC statement a couple of days later and they had charged my CC 3x. When i called to talk to me manager, she stated that my husband probably went to another super 8 and charged our CC there. Evey time i tried to speak she would cut me off. I did recieve a letter from the same "Manager" with a 10 % discount on our next stay. WHAT A JOKE. They can keep there 10 %. more
