This hotel was awesome, the service was great and the workers were very friendly. I recommend Americas Best Value Inn to everyone. It is a very homely setting. We will definetly go back again. more

The hotel is old and worn. Needs lots of repairs and cleaning. We had a non-smoking room, which smelled of stale smoke. They said it had been cleaned for non smokers, but it sure smelled strong of smoke. They came up and sprayed some deoderizer. Didn't help much. Not very impressed. more

We arrived a day early and stayed that night. It was DIRTY, the box springs were badly stained, stains on the carpet, it smelled, and the breakfast was nothing to speak of. We called Expedia the next day and had them cancel our scheduled stay. They booked us into the Super 8 which was clean and had a good breakfast. more

Stayed her on June 17,2007. After returning from South Padre Island, stopped in Progresso to pick up my mom and we started to feel tired and it was getting late in the afternoon, so I callled to get info. and thought the price was great for 2 beds, refrigerator and microwave. The kids loved the pool. and the waffle breakfast... more
