The rooms were great. All of the Catering and Front desk staff were friendly and plesant to deal with. I was disappointed because the only option for dinner was the lounge ( filled with bar patrons ) or the room service menu. I'm not sure how they do it, but the staff at this hotel has a way of balancing their extreme service with genuine hospitality that doesn't make you feel like they're greeting you because it's part of their job description, or like you're being interrupted or disturbed by their attempts to help. Very nice hotel. The beds are fantastic. Architects gone wild in what seems like the middle of nowhere! Staff is friendly but not always attentive. They make some mistakes. I enjoy staying there because it is clean, and the beds are GREAT. Starbucks downstairs is convenient. Could use some remodeling- carpeting/furniture but overall good and would stay again. more
