The room was dirty...food smeared all over the table. We had to dry off with floor rugs because there were no towels...not even one! When we asked for towels, we were told that they were saving them for the guest that were coming in and we would need to wait until the other towels were dry! The manager on duty... more

We arrived at the Ramada Express in Wichita Falls, TX at about 11:00 pm on Friday, August 22. We were in town to ride the27th annual Hotter than Hell Hundred bicycle ride.
