Where do I start? This place opened on 12/18/09, We stayed 1/25-26.
There was limited hot water, in the shower the label on fixture is reversed so hot means cold and viceversa. Mgr told me to let the hot water run for 15min..my 50 yr old has home hot water quicker. The keys are constantly not working and required us going to the front desk daily for new keys. You have to get front desk to open/access the fitness area,NO KEYS worked.Only 2 of the 4 TV monitors on the fitness equipment work or pickup any channels. TV doesn't pickup any local channels or the ones listed in the hotel guide. Front desk personell can't answer any questions in the evening often deferring to call you back while they call the manager. more
