We love Coyote Ranch Resort. It's a quick weekend gettaway from Dallas. I've taken my whole family a few times. Great Grand Parents, Grand Parents, Kids and Grand kids and we all have a blast. We've stayed in the cabiins and the Cottages. Both are wonderful

Regarding the RV sites, they are level, concrete pads with the latest hookups. The staff are friendly, and the shower and rest room facilities are immaculate. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at the "resort". Everytime the service gets worse and the level of quality drops. This may be acceptable for those renting RV pads... Nothing says Texas like a ranch and this is a ranch. The spaces were concrete and level. Showers were incredibly large and clean. Had very new clean facilities overall. I did not have much interaction with staff but the clerk checking us in was nice. I rated a 3 for location because it is next to active....very active train tracks... More

Property is clean... The spaces are cemented and spacious .. The staff is friendly!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
