I reserved a room at this hotel for 2 nights one month ahead of our scheduled arrival date with a VISA.

When we arrived, my room mate went to the office and checked in since the reservation form said check- in was by 6:00pm. She paid for 1 night, and told the front desk clerk that I would come in on Saturday and pay for that night. The clerk agreed to that, and my friend left.

On Saturday the 3rd, we returned to the hotel for the night. I went to the office to pay for Saturday like agreed. The clerk then informed me that I did not have a room. And, they had given our room to someone else! My room mate walked in at that time and asked "WHERE ARE OUR BELONGINGS!?!" Then the clerk pointed to the floor where all our clothes and personal belongings were crushed into 2 plastic bags. She said since we didn't come in earlier in the day, they gave our room away.
