Are you kidding me? First, most hotels like Cedar Breaks are timeshares which means they look booked online but have available rooms. We found that out too late. Call before booking online. The Grand lodge is nice. It really is, but there are no amenities.
The Lift at The Grand Lodge has horrible service. It is Buffet style, and they won't tell you what they are serving. They ask you to look first. The arcade is locked and empty. Sorry kids. Forget about Monday Night Football or a movie; the wrong remotes were delivered.
The staff tries to be nice, but they don't know their hotel. They promise to deliver, but the staff has to back up the previous shift. That doesn't happen at The Grand Lodge.
The hotel has potential, and the staff really tries. However, there is a serious lack of experience. If you want a real human that understands people, go to Cedar Breaks. It's genuine and across the way if you ignore this post. more
