Our expectation was a fairly basic motel room but we were pleasantly surprised by the neat, clean and warm feel of the room. The receptionist who checked us in was less than friendly however she may have had a bad day as our experience of service from there on was much friendlier. The restaurant serves buffet or a la carte... more

Very convenient location to Bryce Canyon. It's located in such a gorgeous area that it's a shame there are no views from the rooms. We had a two-room "suite" but I sure wouldn't call it a "suite". There were two televisions but only one remote control. When I called the front desk to tell them there was only one remote... more

We stayed two nights in June 2009 This resort is a monopoly, and is a machine to increase your spend as much as possible. The place is very busy. There is nothing wrong with the rooms, and indeed the shops are very nice. But they are expensive and if you are self catering in the Park, you might want to... more

I was scared to go there, by reading some bad reviews(which I shouldn't), but we had a GREAT time!!!! MAke reservations way AHEAD of time. 1. Ruby's Inn has anything you need with gas station(it is more expensive then other gas stations on the way, Cedar City is cheapest)), general store, restaurants(mid-priced), gift shops, laundry mat(very fast and affordable), Bryce... more

mold and mildew growing in the shower; very noisy if staying on the ground floor. Food at restaurant is awful. Service is so so. Will not book another Best Western facility again. more

As the title of my review suggests - there are better places to stay in the Bryce area. The rooms are moderately priced for what you get. Our room was not exactly filthy...but it wasn't clean. The service was WAY below average. We arrived at 10PM for check-in, and walked into the middle of an employee argument. We had to... more

Rooms rather ordinary - no balconies. Huge hotel with excellent restaurant. Staff looked rather somber but when engaged were quite friendly. Only complaint about rooms is that the showers from rooms overhead could be heard below - quite a nuisance. more

Apparently that is the best accomodation for a visit to Bryce Canyon, hotel is clean, nothing is missing restaurant (avarage), swimming pools (very small, good for kids) there is a GREAT gift shop, you could spend hours browsing around there, staff is very friendly and those nice seniors working at the gift shop are fantastic- at night take a little... more

Had reservations for four nights and ended up only staying two. Front desk check-in staff are very unaccommodating and clueless. You cannot check in until exactly 4pm. If you spend the day at Bryce and want to take a break you're out of luck! No one checks in before 4pm. Ruby's Inn caters to large bus loads of tourists so... more

We stayed in Ruby's Inn for two nights, and it was very nice. Our rooms were in Deer Lodge, which meant that we had to haul our suitcases up the stairs. A small pain, but not too bad. Staying in the off season meant that not many places were open, so the first night we ate at the hotel restaurant.... more
