I can say enough about Bear River Lodge! We live in Texas, so the beautiful scenery in this area was such a treat! When we arrived, we were excited about how new the cabins appeared and how well appointed they were. We had a large group of 10 and we rented one entire- upper and lower- cabin. We thought the cabins were excellent until we looked out our porch and saw the amazing view- that brought it to spectacular! Gorgeous drop to a slow-moving river and 2 ponds filled with fish. I tell you nothing is better than sitting on that porch in the evening after a BBQ and listening to the water! We had 4 children ages 4-9 with us and they lived outdoors the entire time we were there! They loved the fishing, 4- wheeler trails and a little hut made completely of limbs they dubbed "The Fairy Hut." We loved it so much we are going back this summer!! What a gem! more
