We booked an upgraded room with a jetted tub and it was worth every penny. Our room was huge. The pool and hot tub were also amazing! Was here on business nearby and had a lovely stay. The location is on the main road of Kanab and walking distance from many restaraunts. The decor was western style without being gaudy and tacky. We stayed 3 nights in August. The hotel is centrally located, so bopping around the canyons and getting back was a breeze. The hotel looks new and therefore is relatively clean.
