good points: room was clean, fresh cookies & bottled water upon arrival. bad points: HORRIBLE food. it was definitely NOT serene or private. The showers had plenty of hot water and the bathrooms were clean. We didn't have time to enjoy and activities or the restaurant but we slept well. more

I'm giving this place a 3 because although the home we stayed in was beautiful, the ranch was way too far from the area in Zions Canyon where all of the hikes are.
