I have been staying at the Courtyard Motel on 25th and Washington for the last week and half. The last few days my wife and new born son & myself have been bitten many times by Chiggers. The management did not inform us that they had bugs nor did they tell us they use High grade spray when we moved in that is harmful to kids and small animals. They refuse to give us a refund for the month we paid for up front and the best they could do is kick us out with no other room to stay in so they can use there high grade spray again and told us to come back in 24-48 hours.
