This hotel met our expectations, we stayed two separate nights while coming and going from our vacation destination. Nice, clean rooms, great pool area. Very large hot tub. We really enjoyed both of our stays. Very nice staff. more

This was a terrible experience. We reserved 2 rooms, one of which needed to be a handicap room. We guaranteed our rooms with a credit card, but when we arrived we only had 1 room. Luckily I had the reservation numbers with me. The price I was quoted and guaranteed was not the price I was going to be charged.... more

Don't stay here with a pet. Their non-refundable pet fee of $75 is exorbitantly high compared to all the other hotels in the Orem/Provo area which charge only $10-$20, even other hotels of equal quality.
