When we arrived to the resort I was amazed and in awe by the beautiful landscaping and decorations. We ended up staying an extra day because it was so nice there. We hiked up the resort path with my eight month old baby. That was a workout!!! But it was absoultley worthwhile. more

The staff is terrible and will attempt to treat you like cattle. The resort is laid out poorly with dungeon-like halls and closet-like rooms. Although the resort is new it is in serious disrepair with water damage, holes in ceilings, exposed pipe, poor water quality, out-of-order facilities, etc... I could not recommend this resort to anyone regardless of the unbelievable... more

There were a number of problems, I don't know where to start. We were promised one kind of room and given another. Speaking to other people around the resort, this happens with great frequency. I think you need to be very careful and explicit when booking rooms, and even then, you're likely to be disappointed. Don't say you weren't warned.... more
