I recently stayed at Stein's for my birthday. The experience was perfect from beginning to end. All the staff from the front desk to the bell staff and valet were very accommodating and willing to help. The Stein Eriksen has a Mobil 4 star rating and a AAA five diamond rating. I don't understand how this is possible. Rooms were shabby and service was horrible. The food was good, but that was about it. I check out early and went to another hotel. Loved Park City, but Stein Eriksen Lodge is over rated for sure. more
