Our room had two double beds; a toilet area separate from the bath; a real living area divided nicely away from the beds; all sparkling new and so chicly decorated. My teenage girls loved it. We used rewards to pay for it so I cannot rate the cost. Quiet at night, easy to get to, close to BYU. more
