The two of us stayed at the Best Western CottonTree Inn in Provo, UT, for three nights to enjoy the local scenery. Our restful slumber in two out of the three nights was cut short by early morning noise caused by third parties. The first night was reasonably quiet, with only traffic noise from University Parkway coming into the room.... more

This hotel was a nice place to stay after a long day of driving. Its a bit old, and surrounded by many brick buildings, trees, vines, and a river. But all these things give it a very charming English village type of feel. The breakfast was decent (thumb up for the hot chocolate). The only complaint I have is that... more

We found this one on the sat nav, stopped on spec and were offered a decent rate for the night (and some very nice cookies in reception as well). Perfectly good Best Western with an sheltered warm outdoor pool. Room very good and breakfast unexciting but adequate. Handy location near a few eating places and convenient for stop over near... more

We stayed here for a few days in May and it was perfectly fine. Nothing extravagent but we weren't looking for high class because with the views around Provo, we didn't want to spend much time in a hotel room. Indoor pool was on the warm side, which I personally like. Breakfast was good and had a variety. The grassy... more

For a $70 bid on Priceline, this was a really good bet. It was much nicer than expected. The rooms are spacious and clean - some have a nice view of the small creek out back. The breakfast is standard hotel-chain fare, but it's included with the room, so no complaints there. This is definitely a safe bet! more

Altough an older motel, it is located in a very beautiful setting, along the Provo River and a park like setting in a shopping area. Good pool, better than average breakfast and a little out of the way, but the setting makes up for these things. more

Guest beware! I believe that you get what you pay for. We chose a $100 per night hotel over a $50 per night hotel for a reason...or so I thought!!! We all expect a little noise when we stay at hotels, it's just part of the "experience". I booked a river view room so that we would NOT be on... more

Dropping daughter off at BYU. The location was quiet, and our room looked out over a walking path and creek. The floor/ceiling was not soundproof so we in the downstairs got to listen to the upstairs folks walk around and watch TV. The service was first rate. The folks behind the counter were very helpful at checkin and during our... more

The BW Cottontree Inn is about fifty feet from the Provo River, which is lined with mature trees, and lots of lush grass. A jogging/biking trail runs through the property. We requested a balcony room, and sat out there at sunrise sipping coffee. The complimentary breakfast included, bake 'em yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, donuts, juices, cereals, fruits..... The staff... more
